Our convemient Evanston facility provide a comfortable, modern and efficient setting to quickly and completely diagnose and treat any type of foot problem. This is achieved with the latest technology, well trained and dedicated staff and in office diagnostic instruments.
We are located inside the St. Francis Hospital Professional building located at 800 Austin St. in the West Tower suite # 508. There are three parking lots conveniently located near our office all of which are free. We accept Medicare Assignment, Private insurance plans, PPO's, Point of Service plans, HMOs with referral, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Public Aid.
